Make it sleet
Similar to making it rain but instead of throwing dollar bills one uses game tokens, i.e. Chuckie Cheese or something similar.
When Joe saw a 4 walking down the street he felt compelled to make it sleet and showered her with Chuckie Cheese game tokens.
"Hey Bill, check out the 4 walking our way. I'm gonna make it sleet!" said Joe. Always one to have a stash of game token on hand, because you never know, he grabs a handful and showers them on the 4.
