Similar to "facetious" and used for something untrue meant to be funny or misleading, with a sense of teasing or being playful, but having the root word of "feces" (excrement, waste, good old #2) used when the intent is to tease in a really shitty, mean way.
"I'm sorry honey, I was being fececious when I said I wanted to go to bed with that other guy."
