an area or locality generally lacking in female presence, or that is characteristically desolate of attractive females (similar to a sausage fest, but is the broader condition or permanent state)

The male equivalent of a Bonerkill; a male who causes the complete and utter eradication of any positive sexual feelings in a woman's vagina, causing the inside of the vagina to become drier, or in extreme cases, become on par with a desert in terms of (lack of) humidity.

"Hey, you hear about that new guy?"

"Yeah, I've seen him before, I wouldn't touch him with a ten-foot pole, he's a total vagina desertificationifier.
