Marqueism 

When something is said in dry humor that is ridiculously hilarious; subtle, but over the top.
Slap in the face funny.

The comment about a guy being dressed as a Ninja was complete Marqueism and caused the girls to pee in their pants.

I didn't want to wait outside the club to get in, so with a little marqueism & stealth I walked right past the bouncer.

As he spoke to the waitress about how awesome her job is, his marqueism earned him a free desert.
