Charver Thick/Stupid
A form of stupidity where the person is not only stupid and/or uneducated. They refuse to educate themselves that would help them to do better and basically be ignorant.
They insult people who are more intelligent than them and hate big words because they don't understand them.
The cure for being charver thick/stupid is education, books, self improvement in life and being a decent human being.

Lee hasn't had a job since he left school. But he has had two kids with two different women, lives in a council house and hasn't made an effort to better himself in life because he hasn't set foot in a college or done anything to improve himself.
