An eccentric, ditsy, arcane, funny, person. Is generally a goodnatured and sympathetic person. Not to be confused with a "wackjob," who can be nasty,or violent.

Aunt Rosemary's fondness for multiple cats, Minnie Pearl hats, and alien abductions was never a source of shame for Fred, but rather a source of pride. He thought it surely must qualify her for the mythical "Wackadoodle Hall of Fame."

A Persons ass that is both:

1)Non-symmetrical (width and depth), and is chunky,lumpy and purely unappealing.
2)jiggles and shakes like jello with ease by using only the slightest step or hip/waist pop

Person 2) Yeah,she has a real Wacker Neuson on her,that thing shakes!

Wacker Jacks 

The nickname given to any member of a sports team who neglects to wear fitting boxers or compression shorts and proceeds to participaate in jumping jacks. Their neglecence results in a the very noticable flopping motion of their package as they continue jumping.

You: yo man aint u trippin about forgetting ur compression shorts for practice

Friend: na its aight dude I'll just wear these loose boxers
You: But we doin jumpin jacks right now, dude ur dick is floppin everywhere. Ur a wacker jacks forreal

Said after a very corny, very unfunny joke. Derived from the old Vaudeville comedy acts in which almost every one-liner was punctuated by a musical jingle. Usually played on the piano by a portly man with bright red cherub-like cheeks.

Made popular by Patton Oswalt in his comedy CD, "Werewolves & Lollipops".

adj. : any location that will attract wackos like moth to flame. Location can be, but not limited to; bus station, bus stop, city park, convenience store, hospital or any other general location without the regular presence of someone able or willing to kick them out on their crazy ass.

"Man ... I was downtown at the bus station and there was a dude, just sitting there, on the bench, shampooing his hair, eating it, and mumbling about tricycles?? The place is a real wacko magnet."
