A motion performed by hippies, most typically in a concert or music festival setting, and with the aid of mind expanding drugs. The motion is defined by semi-rhythmic swaying with ones hands tossed up the air.

The setting at last night's Phish concert could be best described as one big Vermont State Dance party.

A creature often referred to as the "Rack' em" which can only be seen at night after hours of binge drinking. Some of the common habits include rambling off of strange one liners, sleep walking and climbing in bed with other males. Excessive use of racial slurs and always has a dip in his mouth. It is common knowledge that all Vermonsters only like 50% of black negros.

A state for all the stoners to retreat to. Vermont is hippie heaven, head shops, woods, mountains, kick ass skiing and riding. Though somewhat like a vortex when driving (everything looks the same, not that that is a bad thing).

This place inspired Super Troopers, it doesn't get better than that.
