meal Nazi

n. A person, usually a parent or older relative, who incessantly berates you during a meal about how skinny you're getting and how you need to eat more. They typically tell you what dishes on the table you should be selecting from, and they will characteristically even place food on your plate despite much protest on your part. Because they have taken away your freedom to eat in peace and to select food of your own choosing, they have killed what would otherwise be viewed as a pleasurable dining experience. (Note: meal Nazi has no direct connection with the more familiar term, "soup Nazi".)
"I hate it when Aunt Agatha comes over for dinner. She's always putting a drumstick or a pork chop on my plate. I know she means well, but come on, I'm 16 years old! Just back off, meal Nazi!"

Meal Team Six

Obese military hobbyists/posers who have a nice gun collection and chamo outfit, but zero military training. The kind of people who say "I hope somebody comes and tries to take my guns" and actually mean it.

(The name is in reference to the famous "Seal Team Six" who killed Osama Bin Laden)
Looks like Meal Team Six brought his AR-15 into Starbucks again, sigh.

meal disappointment

The extreme emotional let-down experienced when one has high expectations for a meal, and the meal turns out to be bad.
Sally: What's wrong?

Susie: I got a bad case of meal disappointment. I worked through lunch, and was starving after work so I stopped for Chinese food on the way home. It smelled so good in the car, but when I took a bite it was too salty. I was hungry so I ate it anyways, but I can't shake the meal disappointment.

Sally: That sucks.

Meal Deal

A set of at least 2 (usually 3) prepared and packaged food items (can be any of these: sandwich/wrap, crisps/treat, drink) that are sold together for a discounted price at a supermarket.

Is usually bought by those who are outgoing and are in a hurry, as a snack, saving more time than prepare a proper meal.

(UK-based term)
Worker: "Sorry I'm late. I ended up buying meal deal from the shop."
