Believing that all African-Americans or all black people are lazy is one of those immaculate perceptions created to justify discrimination in this country. It's one of those statements or beliefs from which no one can pinpoint ts origin, and thus seemingly immaculately conceived. They manifest as implicit bias. Get it?
Peceptions are subjective responses to certain external stimuli. It is subjective because no 2 persons can perceive exactly the same perceptions.
