Someone who incorporates vegetables into meals as much as possible. Not to be confused with a vegetarian, as meat is still usually included in dishes

She threw in broccoli, bell peppers, and kale into the pasta dish even though the recipe only called for beef in the tomato sauce, in order to increase the veggiesaurus' intake of vegetables.
