As a member state of the European Space Agency, Portugal contributes to the development of European Space Vehicles. The latest Portuguese Space Shuttle as tested by ESA is the Intermediate Experimental Vehicle (IXV).
The Portuguese Space Shuttle has been successfully tested. The Europeans are developing some really cool shuttles!
