An unpaid internship which involves sexual contact between the intern and coworkers or supervisors. Frequently found in the adult film and internet pornography industries, but increasingly in large companies and corporate culture. Promoted as a unique way to gain experience in the workplace.
CEO: "I think that we need to get more skinterns in the office. I need something to help me relax between meetings."
Secretary: "I'll have HR put up some discrete postings for a skinternship."

Shitternship

A Shitternship is an internship which teaches you absolutely nothing, gets you nowhere by the time you've finished it and one where your spending your own money without getting paid.
Heres an example with fictional characters.

Bobby:I'm sick of this internship shit!
linda: Why whats wrong?
Bobby: All I've been doing is buying coffee for them with my own money, buying doughnuts for them with my own money and picking up their dry cleaning with my own money!. They haven't even paid me once!
Linda: ........Thats not an internship, thats a shitternship.
Bobby:.......I'm going to go kill myself.....
linda: If you do can I have your PS4?
Bobby: I hate you......
