Big Windows

Relating to a person who is extremely wealthy and has a big house, usually with a negative connotation.

Origin: Comes from the idea that stuck-up rich people look out of their big windows at the poor people milling about on the streets doing poor people things.
Marissa: Oh man! My dad only got me a 72" flat screen tv instead of a 108". What a jerk!

Kyle: Jeez, Marissa. Talk about Big Windows. Get off of your high horse.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
