Fareroach 

A peddler who will approach and ask for money for a bus card. Though the peddler no plans of catching the bus, the pathetic persuasion will convince you that they are stranded.

That girl has to be a fareroach, she has been begging for change all day and I saw her hop out of a tent earlier WTF!
