Derogatory slang term for someone riding a bicycle. Typically applied to the arrogant, reckless city riders found in places like Cambridge or Manhatten. They will show little regard for traffic signales, motorists, pedestrians or anyone other than themselves.
Kristi: Hey! What happened to your side mirror?
Connor: Fucking Peddlehead took it off while I was at a red light.

Kristi: Did he at least apologize?
Connor: Nope, he gave me a dirty look and kept on peddling.
