Man lunches, unfortunately, are paltry, awkward and poorly planned compared to their feminine counterparts. Scientists say this is because men's brains are missing a part that gives woman certain culinary sensibilities.

Man lunches also sometimes have milk in a resealable container, which becomes lukewarm within minutes of being taken from the fridge and leaves a film of foul residue on the container that will never be completely washed out.

poor man’s lunch
Exactly how it sounds. When you’re a broke college student and can’t afford to pay for food, so you put some free items from the student center food court together and call it a meal.
What did you eat today?
I snagged saltine crackers from the student center Quiznos and a few sauces from Chick-Fil-A right next to it to dip the crackers in.
Damn, that’s a poor man’s lunch.
