Keokuk

Keokuk is a small town in Southeast Iowa located at the convergence of the Des Moines and Mississippi rivers. Keokuk was named for the Sac-Fox Indian, Chief Keokuk. Keokuk was once a proud, bustling community of over 17,000 persons. Now it is but a shell of its former self. Just over 10,000 people now call Keokuk home. Unemployment rates are high and anyone who gets an education generally leaves town and never comes back. The school system is eroding, city streets are in disrepair, and healthcare services are meager at best. As more and more factories close and semi-intelligent individuals leave town, the results of years of inbreeding in Keokuk will become more apparent. Eventually Keokuk's population will probable level off at around 2,500. Everyone one in town will be related and there will only be 5-6 surnames in the phonebook.
Keokuk is a town known for two things, drinking and fighting.

RTO

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. A device used for VOC emissions control in a manufacturing facility. An RTO consists of two or more heat exchangers connected by a common combustion chamber or zone. The heat exchangers consist of beds filled with media that will allow air to pass while serving as a mass to store heat. The VOC laden air stream enters the first heat exchange bed and passes directly through the media where it is preheated en route to the combustion chamber. Here a burner adds any heat necessary to reach optimum combustion temperature and complete the oxidization process. The now clean air stream next enters a second heat exchange bed. It passes directly through the media where the stream is cooled while heating the media before being exhausted to atmosphere. The flow through the heat exchange beds is reversed at regular intervals to conserve the heat of combustion within the RTO. Depending on the application, up to 95% of the heat combustion can be recovered and recycled representing a huge fuel savings. Regenerative Thermal Oxidation of VOC’s and other air pollutants works by a simple reaction of the harmful air pollutants with oxygen and heat. In this environment the VOC’s are converted to CO2, water vapor (H2O) and usable heat.
To comply with EPA regulations, the plant had to install an RTO at the end of their process.

Wheeler

An executive who promotes a good 'ol boy network in his company. One who likes 'yes men' surrounding him and is clueless to the real goings on in his factory. A manager who hates outsiders and outside influences in his place of business.
Bob indirectly ruined many a good career by allowing his cronies to wreak havoc with the workers in his factory. What a Wheeler!

two fisting

A person holding an alcoholic beverage in each hand. Often seen at keggers, ball games, or other places where the line for a drink is rather long. Individuals will often get two drinks at a time. When one is finished they get back in line. They can then enjoy the second beverage while waiting. That way they never run out and risk ruining their buzz.
Guy #1: Dude, are you two fisting it again?
Guy #2: Hell yeah! It takes 20 minutes to get a beer in this place.
