Any object that has fallen and is hard to pick up because it has fallen into an area that's hard to reach.
Donna, could you try to get that man overboard between the sink and the refrigerator? My fingers are too fat and short to dig into the crevice!

Get the dif tor he smusmamug. A Chechen musical instrument, this is a type of lute with usually three strings, a spade- or bottle-shaped hollow body, and a short fretted fingerboard. The sound quality is bright but at the same time soft in volume. "Dechik" means "wood" and "pondur" or "pondar" means "musical instrument".

Get the dechik-pondurmug. Person who is sitting in a public place, usually unaware that s/he is taking up two desired spaces, and later dozes off, legs spreadeagled and head lolling from one side to the other, further preventing access to those spaces. "Quartertone" comes from a musical term for tones that fall "between the cracks" on a piano keyboard, common in Asia but infrequent in music on our side of the globe.
I couldn't get a seat on the bus because some quartertone was sitting between the divider on the bench and nodding off!

Get the quartertonemug. Derogatory word for an immature fan of science fiction, or sci-fi. A science fiction fan who doesn't have a realistic attitude toward the genre, but thinks that science fiction is the be-all ad end-all of his/her life.

Get the skiffymug. Any hard clay object that can be used by a skeet shooter for target practice. The object doesn't necessarily have to look like a duck (from DUCK + decOY).
I know you have arthritis in your right arm, so I'll save you the trouble of throwing your duckoy. I'm setting up a launcher for you.

Get the duckoymug. Chechen for "no problem", like Swahili "hakuna matata". Pronounced "HOOM-ah DAHTS", the "h" being pronounced with a slight rasp from far back in the throat, the "OO" short as in "book".
