Get the stop killing usmug. Employees pretending or faking to work just to get through the work day. Can be at home or in the office. In some cases the employee is actually working on their resume or talking to a recruiter from another business, but not for the business they are working for.
Students often try to find a ghostworking job so they can study, or write their novel. But most employers frown on it especially in jobs like security in high security areas - which may seem boring if they are doing their job well, and stopping people who may otherwise be tempted to trespass or steal, if buildings were not monitored.

Get the ghostworkingmug. Mafia term for "paying tribute" to the Mafia Don or Chosen One. These are mandatory voluntary payments to assure the underling or minion knows their duty is to tithe and pay homage in the form of riches to the Chosen One. A model easily adapted to business and politics. Kicking up is much more lucrative than a kickback since it clearly instructs not only one's minions but everyone what the rules for doing business are.
Pence and Barr realized even the role of enforcers were not enough, to curry favor with their political boss since this would add little to his wealth. They would have to start kicking up to advertise the fact that they also had to humiliate themselves by going out of their way to frequent his businesses.

Get the No McCainermug. When someone plants the idea that candidates that have no chance of winning, who are not very popular except as potential cult figures are the only legitimate choice to vote for. They really don't take into account the fact that these candidates are often narcissistic and only put in enough effort to spoil and election. The voter inseminaters often play to one's guilt and plant the idea that a person will be going against their better angels if they don't vote for these no chance of winning candidates.
Sadly the most popular presidential candidates have actually won the popular vote but lost the general election and were later considered to be losers because they did not win the electoral college. The cult candidate only getting enough votes to through the election is often considered a villain.
Sadly inseminated voters often slowly watch much of what they took for granted dismantled and things get worse - wars, broken economy, their jobs, environmental deterioration, human rights violations, justice system failure, pandemics, racism, homophobia.
Sadly the most popular presidential candidates have actually won the popular vote but lost the general election and were later considered to be losers because they did not win the electoral college. The cult candidate only getting enough votes to through the election is often considered a villain.

Many times the voter inseminaters are able redirect the most extreme activist to volunteer tirelessly for some fringe extreme cult figure who they feel better represents their concept of utopia.
In extremely rare cases voter insemination has a positive benefit if people are inspired to actually vote in an election that they may not have otherwise bothered to do. While their vote of the non-viable candidate may be clearly wasted they may vote in other elections on the ballot for candidates that would not have occurred otherwise and so make a big difference in close elections that have candidates that are more closely aligned with their values.
In some cases voter insemination fails completely and the voter instead becomes overly apathetic and refuses to vote for any candidate because they don't want to participate in a corrupt system. This can have a really negative effect on all levels of government especially when good people don't participate.

Get the voter inseminationmug. The official annual check up on Trump states that he is 6'3" and 175. Online critics of the president suggest the height and weight measurements were faked and that he is shorter is heavier.
The "girther" movement was out in full force on the internet after Trump's physical and compared his image with a large display of top athletes of the same height and weight.

At one time even the construction workers took pride in their artisanal skills which they applied in very intricate details in the construction process. Now it is mostly high price chefs with the artisanal skills, whose work is quickly devoured.
