PPE
Personal Protective Equipment. The protective equipment can be for any type of occupation from medical to carpentry. It can also be for common household chores. PPE can be used to protect the user from all types of hazards and public health safety issue, including pandemics. The PPE is sometimes mandated by OSHA, with strict compliance standards. Certain consumer products specify which PPE is recommended when using the product. PPE equipment also are tested and certified to assure they meet the industrial standards for use. PPE equipment can include all types of clothing including special shoes, pants, belts, masks, clothes, reflective surfaces, masks, shields, flotation devices, lighting, and even back up equipment should failure occur. There is also a protocol for use of the such equipment such as mandatory wearing for certain activities. There is also requirements to assure the PPE is functional and meets standards.
In the current COVID-19 Pandemic not only is there a shortage of medical equipment and staff there is also a shortage of PPE to protect the health care workers, so many of the first responders are getting sick and without the PPE the potential for spreading the disease increases while the potential for stopping it decreases.
ZoomBombing
A method of trolling in which the ZoomBomber uses Zoom’s video conferencing App screensharing feature to interrupt an online meeting with the most shocking and disturbing videos they can find, and often mix together in a potpourri violent, pornographic, wtf fetish mixture of multiple revolting images that can leave a lasting impression on the meeting goers.
If the images of the ZoomBombing were not bad enough , the images of projectile vomit on the screens of those at the video conference were even worse and much grosser.

Great Culling of 2020
Great Culling = Great Depression with massive culling of vulnerable industries and businesses and significant amounts of culling of those in the population with existing health problems.

Most people did not have a stomach for the capitalistic culling process in which businesses and industries that cannot survive and adapt are allowed to fail. These people are especially uncomfortable when those businesses that provide their job fail and go bankrupt. The masses also get queasy about job security in general, losing accumulated wealth, and being able to pay their mortgages or rent, or afford health care insurance when they need it most.

Voter Digression
A political strategy to get voters to lose focus on the most appropriate and potentially successful candidate that is most likely to achieve their political goals. and represent them in a political body. Typically voter digression is used in a general election where the strategy is to get the voter to vote for a candidate that will siphon off votes or create voter apathy. The strategist can throw an election even from a popular candidate by taking a few votes away from the most popular candidate or one which can win a plurality. In a presidential election this is even easier since we don't elect the president directly. So a politician can win the national vote by millions but lose a few states if enough votes are siphoned off and they have less votes than the main opposing candidate, which may have radically different political goals. Sadly if the individual voter digresses to a lessor candidate (that may get less than 1% of the vote) because they want their vote to count, but in the process deny the most popular candidate and the one closest to their values the ability to win, and in the process deny the majority of voters their right to be represented.
While many rightly complain about voter suppression, the loss of an election may be more attributed to voter digression, in the form of voter abstinence or the siphoning off of votes by fringe candidates. Voters often do not realize they are in effect denying those most closely aligned with their political views the right to vote, since voting is a collective process that can only be won by a majority or plurality.

Green Lanternism
A belief that political miracles are achieved by sheer will force. Proponents of the Green Lantern Theory have attributed failure and compromise to a lack of presidential willpower. Matthew Yglesias came up with the Green Lantern Theory of Geopolitics* to ridicule conservatives who claimed "the only thing limiting us is a lack of willpower" in foreign policy. The Green Lantern Theory was later applied to the Obama Administration who seemed to lack the will power to make the radical changes in policy such as universal health care, lowering medical costs, banking reform, and peaceful negotiations that people had hoped for., especially after the Republicans took over the US House in 2011.
Bernie supporters are big proponents of Green Lanternism and fail to recognize this kind of “Presidentmania” where the President can get anything done if he really wanted to, fails to take into account the significant amount of bureaucracy legal barriers, and the number players the president has to deal with such as legislators, special interests and Jurists who often do everything in their power to block the president from making these achievements.

Black Votes Matter
Blacks and other minorities tend to vote in favor of politicians that support policies that promotes social justice, equality of opportunity, protects the safety net, affordable heath care, daycare, affordable housing, quality education, and provides job security and living wages to the middle and working classes.
Blacks are typically a minority in a general election so they depend on the majority of the voting population to contribute enough votes to their candidate of choice to have a chance of winning.
In many cases the opposing party will try to discourage people to collectively vote with blacks and/or to reduce the power of minority voting using strategies from voter suppression to gerrymandering, increase voting times and places. So when you vote consider how your vote will impact the blacks and other minorities and their candidate and policy choices. Sadly wasteful non-voting and extreme voting practices by the privileged, such as voting for non-viable candidates has resulted in destroying the potential of the black vote to matter.
