put pocketing

When a person puts something into your pocket. It is the same as reverse pick pocketing. It is done by some advertising agencies to promote their product.
The advertisers are getting more aggressive and cheap with their put pocketing campaigns. At one time they would put a fiver in the pocket with their ads. Now they put tasteless trinkets of negative value.

No McCainer: a decision made by Senator John McCain, which shows a complete lack of rational thought. A decision that would exclude him from consideration for higher or lower office.
Did you know that McCain just said he was going to keep troops in Iraq for 100 years.

likable minded

People who have likable mentally and or can be comforting to be around, but not necessarily think or act the same or in similar ways.
Being with like minded people did not really work for her. Too much inbreeding of ideas and thoughts and some problems related to the fact that some had the same chronic mental issues, and bad habits. S
he was much happier with likable minded people, especially since they were more fun loving and kind and adventuresome, and so expanded her universe.

SIMBY

SIMBY - stick in my back yard.
The SIMBY crowd go to city hall and get everything they want including parks and recreational facilities, libraries, schools, museums, mass transit, street landscaping, and other community amenities.

I guess it's a little refreshing to the politicians to have a break from the NIMBY who are not happy with anything.

VOC the abrev. for the "voice of customer". VOC is a method of capturing the needs and desires of the customer to assure customers get high quality services or products.
Ashley: This place is VOC friendly. They got everything you'd ever need, and did not know to ask.
Susie: Yea, it's not like going into large big box store where they have everyhing you don't want.
Ashley: It's a little werid being in a place where you want everyhing.

Blue Tarp Republicans

Republican party members in the Panhandle of Florida, Puerto Rico, Texas, etc. who are now homeless because of the lack of relief after hurricanes. This element of the party will likely grow significantly if global climate change continues to increase the number of high-intensity hurricanes and tornadoes, and as relief aid diminishes.
Blue Tarp Republicans are loyal to their party till the bitter end.
