Refers to a friend who never buys his round of drinks, always has an excuse for being short of cash and never pays back what you lend him. The skinbag isn't necessarily a bad guy, they just don't see the fault with their poor cash-etiquette.

Bladerunner

1980s science fiction film starring Harrison Ford and directed by Ridley Scott. Bladerunners are special police officers trained to hunt down replicant rogues.

The film is well known among sci-fi fans for its ending, which the studio forced Scott to change for the original theatrical release (it was later restored in a director's cut). The studio forced Scott to replace the dark, ambiguous closing scene with a sickning honeymoon scene and voiceover.

Ford and Scott hold different views as to whether Ford's character in the film is a replicant or not. This ambiguous plot point is not entirely proven or disproven in the DC.

Have you seen Bladerunner? Great movie, but what's with those weird unicorn bits?

wormhole

Theoretical method of faster than light travel, made popular through use in many science fiction texts including Stargate. Describes a subspace 'tunnel' created between two points in space that dramatically reduces the time required to travel between them. While potentially plausible under some scientific theories including relativity, there's no way to know if wormholes actually exist, or can be created.

Captain Kirk flew his spaceship into the wormhole.

Pabaah

A conservative organization dedicate to the disintegration of free speech when it takes the form of dissent against republicans, Christians, the government, and especially of George W. Bush. The group is a living example of contradiction in action, wherein they wave the flag of free speech while dedicating their mission to stopping others from the same freedom. See also: paradox, uptight, hateful, oppressive, and moron.

My movie made a fortune because Pabaah made a big stink about it and got me lots of free publicity. Thank god for them and their misguided crusade!

An individual whose ineptitude, idiocy, and lack of personal hygiene sets them far above and beyond a mere "tool"...only a full "bag of tools" is sufficient to describe their personal defects.
