Otchahoi

Otchahoi (オッチャホイ) is a unique noodle dish local to Shibata City in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, sold primarily at the restaurant Singapore Shokudo. Mainly flat wheat noodles similar to Kishimen, alongside ingredients like stir-fried bean sprouts, eggs, cabbage/komatsuna, garlic, and chili. There are 2 main variations: Sara, which is typical stir fried noodles with garlic and chili, and Shiru, which is served in a broth, minus the chili.
Invented in 1946 at the aforementioned Singapore Shokudo, opened by a Japanese family returning from pre-war Singapore, the founder's father wanted a taste of Singapore street food (reminiscent of char kway teow) and recreated the dish purely from memory. The name itself comes from a coined or misremembered term (possibly related to Orchard Road or a local exclamation); the dish itself does not actually exist in Singapore.
Also was once briefly mentioned in Umamusume (specifically the movie Beginning of A New Era) by Danstu Flame, but thats about it in terms of internet popularity.

They say that Otchahoi was made in a restaurant called Singapore Shokudo, even though it isn't from Singapore itself

Buena Vista

The only character in Umamusume who's a childhood friend of the player character. A top student with a most pure and innocent heart. She's cheerful, upfront, and affable; not afraid to be affectionate toward anyone, she's empathetic to the point of caring about others' business like it's her own. One time, while spectating a race, she witnessed a 'scenery' like no other. To reach that impeccable view, and to fulfill a precious "promise", she runs on in the Twinkle Series.
Irl, she is an offspring of Special Week and famous for being exceptionally clingy with staff, to the point where she'll neigh like crazy if left alone for too long (which could be translated as "HUMANNNNNNNN!!!!! GET YO *** BACK HERE!!!"). Also reportedly got watery eyed during her retirement ceremony, so Cygames translated that into her being a tear baby easily

Wei

Gyaru exclamation of joy. If you know Daitaku Helios, you know what this is. Localized form: Wahey! (but that doesn't have as much oomph as Wei)

Helios: Arudan-senpai, chorissu! Wei! (Hey, it's Ardan, lessgo! Wei!)

Adolf Frederick

No correlation to the German dictator from WW2. Adolf Frederick was king of Sweden during the mid 18th century. He died in 1771 after an insane banquet consisting of lobster, caviar, smoked herring (kippers), sauerkraut, meat and turnips, duckling, and champagne. It was dessert that sent him to the great Ikea in the sky, after eating 14 servings of semla (Specifically, a pastry called hetvägg, a traditional Swedish sweet bun filled with almond paste and whipped cream, eaten out of a bowl of hot milk)

Rulership

(Also called: Rura, dominare, or domi-san) The biggest chud of Umamusume. A hardcore board game enthusiast who enjoys the genre as a whole, from classics like Reversi to modern ones. She's an intellectual who likes to plan and scheme her way into dominating the flow of the game. The ingenuity serves as an asset in races as well, but the moment she loses even one round of Snakes & Ladders, she boards herself in her bedroom and refuses to come out until she comes out by herself or Air Groove breaks in and retrieves her like it's a tactical operation. Is roommates with Epiphaneia

Irl Rura is a child of Air Groove and father to another horse-turned-uma, Kiseki. Winner of the 2012 Queen Elizabeth II Cup, American Jockey Club Cup, 2010 Naruo Kinen, 2011 Nikkei Shinshun Hai, and Kinko Sho. Rivals to horses such as Eishin Flash, Victoire Pisa and Rose Kingdom. Mated with a couple notable mares-turned-Umamusume:

From Mejiro Dober: Ho O Dream in 2014 and Pinscher in 2016.
From Buena Vista: Pythias
From Fusaichi Pandora (also Almond Eye's mom): Satono Esperanza in 2017.

(Insert that one scene from her character story where Air Groove is dragging her out of her room)

Rulership (translated from Japanese): HRRG! Hey, let go of me, Air Groove-san! You're ruining my plans of completing my backlog of games today!!
