fancy boy 

A man who tries to cultivate an image of himself as being elegant and refined by wearing fancy, expensive clothes and using affected mannerisms. He's not stereotypically "manly", and often seems effete. In the past they were known as a fop or a dandy. Not the same thing as a metrosexual, but vaguely similar.

A sloppily-dressed man sees an elegantly-dressed man walk past.
Sloppy man, sarcastically: "Hey, fancy boy! Nice clothes!"
Fancy boy: "Oh please, you wish you looked this good."

scrubby 

Adjective: dirty, unkempt, messy, slobby, unwashed

Noun: A slob; a person with poor hygene and shabby clothes who makes no effort to improve their appearance.

If you took a shower, shaved, and ironed your shirt, you wouldn't look so scrubby.

cheesy 

1. Something that is unintentionally kitschy, tacky, or of poor quality, but these flaws go unnoticed by the admirers of said thing.

2. Something that was popular at some point in the past, but that now seems lame in retrospect.

1. I can't believe you like Ashlee Simpson. Her music is so cheesy.

2. Hey, look at this picture of dad from 1975! Check out those sideburns and bellbottoms! That's so cheesy!

A derogatory nickname for Germans during World War I, when Germany was our enemy. They supposedly had large, square-shaped heads. See kraut.

It's not nice to call Germans squareheads.

A name you can call someone to let them know that you do not respect their opinion, and that you do not think much of their intelligence.

Guy #1: "I've got this great idea!"
Guy #2: "Sure you do, chuckles."
