A compound word ("hypocrite" + "cunt") meaning a worthless woman who consistently says one thing and does another. Used as a noun.

That hypocunt says she likes to be with nice guys, but will dump them at the first sight of an asshole who will treat her like shit.

tick damage

1- In fighting games, the kind of damage (usually around 1 percent of his/her life meter per hit) that your opponent suffers when he/she blocks a special attack. Characters such as Blanka, Honda, Sakura, and Chun Li (as well as others with multi-hit supers) are especially known for being able to utilize this as a major form of their offense. For some characters (coughCABLE) this is exaggerated to an absolutely preposterous degree. (see AHVB)

2- Any small or slight amount of damage

"Keep turtling; I'll just tick damage you to death with A-Sakura."

"I bumped into the car behind me while trying to get out of my parking space, but luckily all my bumper incurred was tick damage."

-The amusing little nub in the VGNRZ-ical region of the woman which, when stimulated successfully, leads to flooding, moaning, and occasional verbal deifications of the stimulating party by the sopping female

2- Someone who licks the hineyhatch for sexual gratification, or who accepts said action with debaucherous glee
