Term used to insult Eminem for being an arogant punk who talks big but has nothing to back up his diminishing manhood. The reason why the pants are so baggy, and the grabing at shows is not to conceal a weapon but to adjust that which he desperately lacks.

Feminem was never all that talented from day one; if he could make it out of poverty, then why donsn't everybody just try and do the same thing... lol, o ya he wrote a song about that too didn't he.
