Bloody halo 

Often used to express that a police officer or federal agent is very dangerous and violent . To have a bloody halo connotes that the "good guy" is more likely than most to resort to violence, and that the agent is an extremely brutal opponent.
"Don't cross that DEA agent, he has a bloody halo, he'll stand on your neck for sure."

A neighborhood, town or city which is the property of criminals and psychopaths, and is populated mainly by them
That whole blood-town is the property of a brutal gang, go there at your own peril.

Bloodlust 

A romantic attraction to gangsters, serial killers, rapists, or other dangerous types.
"She's got bloodlust for Charlie Manson, she wishes she could have had his baby."

Bloodbath 

A gathering of powerful high-ups and bloods, usually indicating that something dangerous or important is happening. Wise cutters avoid them. Ambitious cutters seek them out.
The top executives of Apple, Facebook, and Google are having a meeting tomorrow. Avoid that bloodbath if you value your job at one of those companies.
