strop

Chiefly British slang, refers to a tantrum. Most likely refers to the leather items called 'strops' that would be covered in a buffing compound and used to polish sharp tools such as razors and chisels using a vigorous rubbing motion.

Adjective form is "stroppy", which can also be a noun form itself.
Parent: "Peter, your teacher called and told me you had a massive strop. What do you have to say?"

go on one's merry way

Jocular and/or euphemistic way of referring to suicide.
Bob: Phil, have you seen Pete since he blew that interview?
Phil: No, but I heard he took it so hard he stormed off to the nearest bridge and went on his merry way.
Bob: LOL! Wish I could have been there to see it. Would have been the YouTube video of the century.

dove

Refers to a peacemaker, pacifist. One who prefers diplomacy over warfare. Opposite of hawk.
Barry: Why does every candidate turn into a hawk halfway into their presidency?
Robert: I dunno, man. I wish we had a dove for president so we could get out of the fourty-two billion countries we're bombing for oil.

stay swiss

To remain neutral, avoid conflict, refuse to get involved. Done when a conflict is so messy, unclear, or just flat-out retarded that it's better off just not bothering at all. The term is named after Switzerland, which has a reputation for remaining neutral. In fact, it hasn't been directly involved in a major war for over 200 years. The most recent thing close to a war was a civil war between the Catholics and Protestants that had around 100 casualties in 1847. It lasted less than a month.
Bob: Oh my god, Phil! Mark and Alice are going to war over this divorce settlement!
Phil: Sorry man, I think I'll stay Swiss.

Bob: What does that mean?
Phil: It means I don't want to be involved.
Bob: Fair enough. Fancy a beer?

patridophobia

An irrational hatred or fear of one's own country or its culture. Stems from Greek "patrida" meaning (homeland), and "phobia", which is obviously a fear of something. Often harboured by SJWs who've never had to fight for anything, nor have they ever had a reason to appreciate the sacrifices made for what they have. Whilst every country has done some wrong, diversity is beautiful and we should all celebrate our differences.

Such a term should not refer to someone who is merely skeptical or disillusioned with their country's politics, because honestly, who isn't?
SJW: RACIST CIS WHITE MALE!!! OUR COUNTRY IS FOUNDED UPON OPPRESSION AND SLAVERY AND CAPITALISM IS EVIL. RACIST ISLAMOPHOBIC MISOGYNIST BLABLABLA-
Informed person: Everyone did slavery and oppression back then; it wasn't just us. The Native Americans scalped each other over territory, the Muslims pillaged and raped anyone who wasn't a Muslim. The Christians had their Inquisition. Japan raped Nanking. All of history was an atrocity, why are you singling out our country?

Bystander: Sounds like a case of patridophobia to me. Hey, you wanna go to the pub?
