Basketball
Something not everyone feels like watching/playing all summer long, during the most casual time of year there is. The way things were done before the pandemic, where the finals ended a month before late July was good enough, since it was good enough from the creation of the league roughly until the pandemic. There never needed to be an extra month of basketball, where a few people keep changing schedules and games until the team they want to see win finally does.
By late June, people have watched enough basketball, there's no good reason for it to continue a month longer. It doesn't create fatigue for anybody, it's aggravation at a casual time of year not meant for excessive levels of aggravation, and the aggravation is there no matter what team gets the championship. Late summer isn't basketball time because it never was.

Giannis
A marketing creation by a league that wants LeBron James to get discouraged and retire. Out with the old, in with the new is the way they look at it.
Giannis is being pushed by the league as the next generation player as part of their machine, but several from the current generation haven't retired yet, and could still have good years ahead. Ask Tom Brady if he feels too old to be the generation that isn't getting pushed aside.

Phoenix Suns
Win or lose, the Phoenix Suns fought to the end. Life isn't just about winning for everyone, including even the Milwaukee Bucks who convieniently forgot (their humility) that they didn't win just last year. Even people that hold nothing sacred but winning lose, and thank god for that.

JAP
A Jewish American Princess isn't Jewish, but is a poor little middle class girl desperate to win and not to eat, though you would think by her griping that her life depended on whether her or a team she liked won or lost a sports game, like it was the most important thing in life and the world. You would also think by her griping that she was sub serviant if she had to do something at work that somebody was paying her thousands of dollars to do. Servants don't get paid, and claiming to have the heart or soul of a servant isn't the same thing as actually being one.
The JAP hated anybody who gave something to her straight, the way she always acted with everybody like someone that didn't put up with any nonsense, and she hated it because she thought any criticism directed toward her was inhuman and treating her as subhuman.
