unrealtor
A sleazy property-sales/rentals advertiser who totally "puffs" the details of his otherwise-boring/ordinary listings. See "castle in the air" vacation cottage for a prime example.
eVASEive maneuver
Refers to the strategic actions that Mr. Lodge employed in an (unsuccessful, naturally! :P) attempt to prevent the clumsy accident-prone Archie from bumblingly knocking over his "priceless 'n' super-fragile" antique Ming Dynasty vase: he placed the ultra-vulnerable artifact on a small display-stand away off in the far end of the room, and put an indestructible rubber replica of the vase in the center of the room for Archie to look at instead of the genuine --- and incredibly breakable --- clay urn.
Mr. Lodge smugly gloats to his daughter Veronica about the ingenious eVASEive maneuver he has employed to protect his lovely valuable work of art from the soon-to-arrive-for-a-visit Archie --- "I had a rubber replica made of it; Archie won't be able to break this bouncy duplicate no matter how hard he bumps into it!" Of course, his seemingly-foolproof plan fails miserably (as usual!)... the hapless Archie --- fearing that he'll damage the vase even though it's just a rubber replica --- backs warily away from it and unknowingly blunders straight into the REAL VASE that's sitting on a stool behind him, sending it crashing to the floor and splintering all to pieces. :P

Passagassawakeag bridge
A short stretch of highway along Maine's coastal Route 1 where it's acceptable to "pass it if you've got it", not matter how loud and/or odiferous "it" happens to be.
Hippie-bus driver: Okay, folks --- we're about to cross the Passagassawakeag bridge, so I'm lowering the windows --- feel free to pass it if you've got it!

Pass it if you've got it
Similar to the tobacco-themed "take a break" saying, this phrase refers to an occasional interval during travel or work when anyone in the party who has previously been "holding it in" is now permitted to "let fly" as much as he/she desires, even if said eruptions are obscenely loud and/or odiferous. Further explanation unnecessary.

Passadumbkeg
A tiny rural-Maine village where da majority of da townspeople become blank-minded from imbibing home-made rotgut-hooch.
The name "Passadumkeag" was originally a Native-American word, and history notes that the Indians were largely corrupted by the "white man's fire-water"... coincidence? I wonder... I mean, it's widely known that whenever a shifty European bigwig wanted to trick the Redskins into signing over a parcel of land or otherwise bending to an unreasonable desire of his, he would just tell one of his cohorts to "Passadumbkeg", and then the formerly-hesitant native chiefs would share a massive "group-guzzle" and then sign said documents as soon as they'd gotten sufficiently liquored up. Pathetic, but true.

a sound for sore ears
What you happily describe someone's voice as when you've been trying to reach him on the phone for a while; it's the "auditory equivalent" of what you say when you finally meet up with someone whom you've either been worried about, been waiting anxiously for, or haven't seen for a good while.
After many tries, I was finally able to speak to my buddy on da horn after his having been repeatedly in and out of da house over da past week to run some urgent/unexpected errands; his cheery and slightly-apologetic voice sure was a sound for sore ears!
