Dementia arising from the formation of protein plaque on brain surfaces, prevalent among late stage anti-White racists, antisemites and transvestites. The administration of baggery may or may not culminate with the ritual hoisting aloft and brief carriage of the scrofulous old thug. It is all one to him.
