First appeared in 1962 as a full sized two door coupe, similar to the Bonneville. In 1969 it was moved to the mid-sized chassis shared with Chevy's Monte Carlo. Was given a re-style in 1973. Many would agree that 1962-1977 were the most stylish years for this personal luxury coupe. But it was down sized in 1978 to a boxy generic design which continued till 1988. Thats when the Grand Prix was redesigned as a Front Wheel Drive aero jelly bean on wheels. 4 Door models were offered, due to the declining popularity of personal luxury coupes. The Grand Prix lost it's uniqueness and was just another boring GM sedan. It was redesigned in 1997, and 2004, but still continued the same look until the Pontiac name was axed in 2009.
I don't know what GM were thinking in the 80's, but they turned the cool Pontiac Grand Prix into a boring crap box that looked the same as all their other cars.

Get the Pontiac Grand Prixmug. A Jap brand of cars that arrived in the USA around 1970. Every model of car they have made has been a small boring crap box designed to get people from point A to Point B. Economy is the main factor. No outside styling is considered, as all Hondas look the same.
I cannot understand why everybody loves Honda, they are a total buzz kill, and all their cars are boring pieces of crap.

Get the Hondamug. A small boring 4 cylinder car made by Chevy from 1976-1987. This was the car for the ultimate cheapskate. It was meant to replace the Vega in the small car line up, but was still just as crappy. Mid 70's models included a "woodie" version with fake wood trim usually seen on stationwagons. And there was also a bare bones "scooter" version which didn't even have a backseat or a glove compartment. In 1979 the Chevette was given a minor face lift with square head lights, and it stayed the same until 1987 when it was replaced by the badge-engineered "Geo" brand of General Motors.
Kid1: I bet my little red wagon could go faster then then that crappy Chevy Chevette!!
Kid2: LMAO, I bet!! Even my Moms Pacer looks better then that crap box!!

Get the chevy chevettemug. A mid-sized station wagon made by Oldsmobile from 1964-1977. Noted for it's cool dome like skylight over the back passenger seats, and it's small glass panels on the top of the rear windows that curved into the roof. 1964-1967 models had a some what blocky shape, and 1968-1972 models had the popular coke bottle body style. But in 1973 it was downsized and lost it's unique roof treatment. While still an attractive looking wagon with it's woody trim, it just looked like every other GM mid-size wagon at that time, and never got much attention. It was axed in 1977 and replaced with a downsized Cutlass model.

Get the Vista Cruisermug. An idiot Rapper from Detriot, Michigan. Also known by real name Marshall Mathers, or his unfunny unintelligent dumb alter-ego "Slim Shady". He is the one that started the whole annoying "wigger" trend back in 1999, and music in general has gone down hill ever since.
white boy Mike: Heeeey, lets all dye our hair blond, wear hoodies and talk like a ghetto black dude, that way we can be be considered tough cool guys like Eminem!!!
Mikes white friends: Awwww, that'd be awesome, we'd get so many chicks, mannn, lets do it. Hey, I know, lets drop out of school too, and do drugs, and bust some rhymes ourselves. We can be just like Slim Shady!!

Get the Eminemmug. A luxury car made by Chrysler, from 1983-1989. Had a V8 engine and a comfy interior. While not technically a full-sized car, it was the biggest car Chrysler made in the 80's. The boxy styling dated back to the 1977 LeBaron and was just given minor styling updates with a Fifth Avenue badge.
The Chrysler Fifth Avenue was probably the best thing Chrysler offered in their 4 banger "K car" obsession during the 80's. You can get them cheap now, and theres alot still driving around.

Get the Chrysler Fifth Avenuemug. The rusty old stationwagon you see outside abandoned gas stations in redneckville USA, haha!!
No seriously, it's a unique 4WD car made from 1980-1988. Availabe in coupe, sedan, and wagon which was the most popular. Has the same 70's body style as the AMC Hornet, which is why it was dubbed uncool throughout it's life. Now days you rarely see any in good condition, as rust was a huge problem on these cars.

Everytime I see an AMC Eagle, it's always a rusty beat to hell junker parked outside of an abandoned business. I guess nobody liked these things.
