A genuine "straight" or heterosexual--i.e., a man who is sexually attracted to genuine women only or a woman who is sexually attracted to genuine men only. While "superstraight" and "straight" are actually synonymous, the term "Superstraight" has recently been adopted because it's easier than explaining for the thousandth time to autistic bisexual transpersons that "heterosexual attraction does NOT include attraction to same sex individuals cosplaying as the opposite sex."
