An adjective usually used to describe a store.
Opposed to online stores, a brick and mortar store has a physical address, hence the term brick and mortar, the materials used to construct a building.

You could buy item A on ebay, or you could find it at your local brick and mortar retailer.

A short mocking laugh.
You say it by starting with the T sound, but quickly change to the HA sound.
Slow it down and it comes out as tuh-ha!

Most notably, the game World of Warcraft.
Sticking a period at the end adds finality, and is optional.

Usually, it's just a joke.
