Refers to a person participating in illegal vehicular activities; for example,
- Participating in street racing
- Driving at speeds far exceeding the speed limit
- Engaging in burnouts or drifting
These activities are usually done at night by Provisional drivers in Facebook marketplace shitboxes but can also be done by actually competent drivers
