In some aspects of black-urban culture homosexuality is severely frowned upon. People who do not want to be viewed as "sissys" say that they give "cookie" to men. Cookie is a slang term in this sense for anal sex. People who give "cookie" often have wives/girlfriends and view themselves as straight. Some even view giving "cookie" as a way of punishing gay men.
