A person whose body has been blown up like a balloon, and are filled with either air, helium, hexafluoride, hydrogen or water. They are spherical and can only bounce and roll as means of transportation.

My girlfriend ate a magic fruit and it caused her to turn into a great big, cuddly balloonoid!
