rhubarb

1. A plant with stalks that can only be eaten after being sweetened and cooked and often eaten with other things anyway. Many people have heard of it but never seen it before.

A rhubarb pie actually has more strawberries than rhubarbs.

Insert Child's Name Here

What an organization puts in the place of a child's name when printing massive amounts of documents for a body of children. Often reflects the worthlessness of a seemingly honorable award.

1. Congratulations! Insert Child's Name Here has been nominated to be included in the "Best Children Ever" book! Please make a check out for $400 to see your child with other distinguished youths!

2. Congratulations, Insert Child's Name Here! You have received the Good Effort Award, which is signed by George Bush!!!!!!!(or a copy of his signature)

Good Effort Award

Award given to the person who is not really distinguished in any particular area. Synonymous with the "Good Sportsmanship Award," the "Keep up the Good Work Award," and the "Attitude Award." Used as a self esteem booster.

While little Jacquelyn received two first place ribbons in the 100-meter-dash and the swimming race, young Becky donned a "Good Effort" ribbon and a "Best Bubble Blower" ribbon. (NOTE: I, the writer of this definition, actually received a bubble-blowing ribbon. Best in my whole camp.)

Rhyming slang for muff. Usually refering to a female you'd want to bang up.

This hasn't as yet been accepeted as rhyming slang, it's something I came up with.
