*A wet penis.

*The twin brother of Solid Snake in the Metal Gear series; identical on the genetic level, except for having blonde hair and a british voice. Nothing can kill this guy!! >.<

*A term to refer to someone with this fictitious character's traits.

black project

A type of top secret development of something, such as weapons. There is possible disregard for morals and opinions, particularly opinions.
Black projects are usually government-related, sometimes paid for by the Pentagon's "black budget".

Force XXI

Force 21

A revolutionary new type of training program being experimented with by the US Armed Forces, particularly the Army.
"Eventually when youngsters grow up to join the Army they'll be put through the Force XXI's VR simulations and stuff. It sounds better than live exercises, but is it good enough to train soldiers via videogames? Maybe, maybe not. I like videogames though. ^_^ "
