Blue Oyster Cult

NYC rock band formed in 1970 by rock svengalli Sandy Pearlman from the ashes of two other NY bands 'Soft White Under Belly' and 'The Stalk Forest Group' Have released some rather good intelligent rock albums including 'Tyranny and Mutation' (1972)
'Cultosaurus Erectus' (1979) and 'Imaginos' (1989) but are best remembered for their 1976 album 'Agents of Fortune' and its international hit single '(Don't Fear) The Reaper'

An object of facination. Term originates from the title of an obscure 1960's British arthouse film about a guy who becomes obsessed with the young couple he can see making love through a small hole in his bedroom wall. More recently the term has been revived thanks to a song of the same name by brit poppers Oasis

Wonderwall (the song) was also a hit for spoof UK easy listerning band 'The Mike Flowers Pops'

UK biker slang. Any beard or pubic hair growth of extrodinary magnitude. Named after the famous texas blues rock band of the same name for obvious reasons.

A member of the Dumpy's Rusty Nuts fan club. To become a member you must climb on stage, drop your trousers and flash your rear at the crowd. You then receive a unique jacket patch and invites to all the best parties.

fives

1) An obscure ball game played against a wall. It is vaguely similar to squash, but the players hit a small cork ball with a padded glove.

2) A bunch of fives. London slang for a fist.
