A derogatory term for a homosexual. Originates from Brussels street slang, circa 1990. Similar to "playing the flesh flute", this term descibes crude acts involving urine, male genitalia, and musical techique.

Suspecting homosexuality wherever he goes and gay bashing at every opportunity, Andrew acts like a self-loathing pystpiper.

1) Usually a playful reference to the king of those who have mastered the art of the mack
2) A reference to someone with sexual and flirtatious prowess
3) A smooth, jive-talking pimp daddy

Also a synonym for a Pimp Daddy, but not as bold.
