a zoombush is most likely to occur when you are wearing 'work pajamas' or haven't washed your hair in a week, but can also occur in conjunction with circumstances beyond your control (e.g. a facial gone very, very wrong, or a toddler deciding now is precisely the right time for 'naked time').

I had a bunch of calls scheduled but no video meetings, so I threw on yesterday's sweats and got to work... things were going great until I was zoombushed by an annoyingly well-groomed colleague at 2:59, just as I was dialing in to our 3pm call.
