wilhe blow 

A nickname given to a man that can't entertain a conversation without making homosexual innuendo/gestures...
There are two kinds of Wilhe Blow:
1) Spontaneous Wilhe Blow: this is someone that throws a cleaver gay comment here and there about this and that to be funny...
2) Permanent Wilhe Blow: this is someone who will get conversation intentionally diverted to a subject homosexual in nature then proceed to fuel his self-induced topic further.
Although much much less common, women can also be Blows, and they're usually referred to as Shelah Blow.

Ex. 1) Dan: Those hotdogs look good.
Derek: Smell even better. (As he takes a bite)
Joe: Oh yeah, put it in nice N slow, don't forget to cup the balls...
Dan: Man, why you gotta go all Wilhe Blow on Derek's ass...
Ex. 2) Luke: Here comes my good buddy Robert...
Dan: How long do you think it will take Robert to become Wilhe Blow this time?
