A rating system named in honor of the one used by clients of the Emperor's Club prostitution ring. Clients rate the quality of the call girls by giving them anywhere from 1 to 6 diamonds. First came to public attention due to the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal, and has quickly replaced rating things with stars.
