A webertarian is someone who opposes all tyrannical regulation of
the internet, either from
corporations (AT&T and Verizon and the RIAA) or the federal government (
particularly members of Congress that have the telecom industry in their pockets). A webertarian is the online equivalent of a libertarian, in that he or she opposes intrusive regulation.

individual users who have used P2P networks."

neutrality."
