A combination of the words weeaboo (extreme anime fan/Japanophile) and derp (stupid or ignorant person).
Basically...it's used to describe a very stupid anime extremist.

A combination of weeaboo and wannabe. Someone who really wants to be a weeaboo, but can't for some reason. Reasons can be everything from not having a way to watch anime to already having abandoned your culture, or even a lack of autism.
