V of Death 

The Viacom logo in TV shows that aired in the 70s and 80s. A timpini and a five chord synthesizer combined with a V flying at the viewer to make a creepy logo.

When I saw the V of Death at the end of I Love Lucy, I was scared shitless for weeks.
