vo-tard 

A word often used to describe students who attend vocational high schools. An obvious play on the the more familiar "retard", it suggests that vocational students generally exhibit some form of mental retardation. While some of these vo-tards possess significant mechanical skills, it is impossible for them to escape the stereotype.

"yo man, did you bring your car to the shop yet?"
"nah, I just got a couple of vo-tards to fix it for short money."

(noun) someone who waits till election day or attempts to vote afterwards.

(adjective) to describe someone who votes on election day or attempts to do so afterwards.

Because she voted early she now awaited election day results of the votardy. The votardy procrastinated yet another election day and waited in lines amongst the others deciding it wasn’t important enough to do early. Due to the storm on election day the votardy complained that their votes weren’t counted after not casting ballots.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
