The ability or talent of "throwing" a fart across the room.

The fart is "thrown" in the sense of smell as well as blame.

The advantage being that this person will not have to take responsibility for the foul odor.

I hear that Rob has the worst smelling gas but he is a real Vanfartoquist. It seems that someone else is always taking the blame for his farts.
