Someone who eats tons and tons of unhealthy food but due to a fast metabolism, never gains any weight and stays skinny. Usually used on genetically gifted effortlessly attractive people.

Amanda is such a twiggy piggy, she has such a big appetite but somehow sustains a good figure!
