Trona. A mythical city in the deserts of California. Temporary home to lost souls before being sucked into hell by a black hole. Rumored to be infected with a Zombie virus.

Ray went to Trona as his last effort to hide from the world, we never heard from him again.

troga 

Yoga that's done on a treadmill while working out. It's "Treadmill Yoga". As in, "Seriously, you don't know what Troga is? Everyone is doing Troga at my gym these days." Seen in Modern Family on October 13, 2010.

Trogday 

The annual celebration held on January 13th. This celebrates the publication of the Dragon email on www.homestarrunner.com. During this particular web-toon the character Strongbad teaches the viewer how to draw a dragon. The resulting creation is Trogdor the Buninator. Since then January 13th has been hailed as Trogday. Trogdor became an immediate internet hit.
